Your entire staff was nothing less than caring yet professional at all times. Churchill made the transition process to hospice extremely easy and worked through all of the problems we encountered. Elaine was a wonderful and caring nurse as was Vilbert who kept us informed with updates of current health issues encountered with caring for my mother. Then, of course, there was Arlene who regularly kept in touch to make sure that all of our needs were met and always inquired as to whether or not there was anything else that she or anyone else at Perpetual Care could do to be of service to us. We will forever be grateful for the many services you have all rendered and if ever in need again, or have a friend or relative that needs your specialized services, we will not hesitate to give them your contact information. From the moment I met “Bernie” I knew this Hospice was God sent. As a nurse myself, I was so impressed with the professional compassion, caring, and love expressed to my sister, myself, and extended family. Elaine was beyond wonderful and I will never forget her! The on call nurse Faley (sp) was attentive and so supportive. Fernand was also a great nurse and so caring. My sister passed quickly once we got her home, and while Kathleen and I did not get to meet face to face there was total support! The Perpetual Hospice team is AMAZING and I would refer anyone to them. I live in Oklahoma and was staying with my sister. I feel like I have met life long friends and hold the highest admiration for your entire Perpetual family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. My sisters wishes to pass from this earth inner home, comfortable and surrounded by family was fulfilled. God truly had His hand over this journey.
We thank you so much for all of the care and help you provided for our loved one and for our family. Your staff from the administrative and nursing were always very courteous and attentive to all of our needs. Our suggestion for future patients would be to have last rights performed in person as opposed to over the phone. I understand we are in a delicate situation with Covid-19 however, if the patient has no symptoms, I believe it would provide a better sense of comfort and closure for the family. We received the last rights over the phone but then were also able to have a priest come to our home from our local church and felt more at peace once he performed the sacrament in person. We truly appreciate all of your help through this process. It was a difficult situation that your staff helped us to navigate through.

I am a retired Kaiser Permanente Internal Medicine Hospital Physician and I had sent home 100's of patients for end-of-life care with hospice. This was the fist time I was on the other end of the care as my mother suffered a catastrophic stroke and was sent home for end-of-life care with Perpetual Care Hospice. Everything and everyone were incredibly fast, efficient, professional, and caring. The care and compassion provided to my mom by Perpetual Care was outstanding. From the office staff, to the doctor, the R.N. (Lulu was amazing!); the social worker, Carla; the chaplain; and the wonderful continuous care nurses who were with us around the clock the last week- they were so kind and professional. My mother was in the loving care of Perpetual Care Hospice. I expected kindness but got so much more. The loving, caring people who supported us were amazing. They were very concerned about both my Mom and my needs. I truly felt wrapped in love during the most difficult time in my life. Thank you for the outstanding care my husband received in hospice. All the staff from nurses, nurse practitioners, LVN, and HA provided care that we well beyond my expectations.
